Maintaining safety equipment is essential to ensure reliability when it matters most. Altitude Safety operates a manufacturer-approved, state-of-the-art technical centre with expert technicians, as well as mobile service vehicles that provide nationwide on-site servicing to minimise downtime.
In 2023, we expanded with a new technical centre, doubling our previous workspace and featuring enhanced facilities: a dedicated calibration area for our gas detector hire fleet, an MSA SmartCHECK station for SCBA testing, and a specialised workshop to carry out inspections, service and proof load testing of Fall Arrest and Working at Heights equipment.
Our upgraded facility is now twice as big, providing improved storage and revamped service certificates, giving customers more detailed service information. Altitude also offers national on-site servicing coverage from a fleet of specially designed, fully equipped vehicles. You can now service your equipment at a location that suits you. We have also introduced a mobile connection to our CRM allowing our engineers to complete your service paperwork whilst onsite, thus reducing the downtime in receiving these.
