ABTECH – AB2.4T 2.4M WEBBING FALL ARREST DEVICE

The ABTECH AB2.4T is a 2.4-metre webbing fall arrest device engineered for safe and reliable fall protection in work-at-height environments. Designed to be anchored above the user’s centre of gravity, it allows for freedom of movement within a safe working zone while ensuring immediate fall response when needed.

As the user moves, the retractable webbing line smoothly pays in and out of the device. In the event of a fall, the mechanism locks instantly, arresting the fall within 35cm (14 inches). To minimise impact, an integrated energy absorber activates, keeping fall arrest forces below 6kN, helping reduce the risk of injury.

A swivel anchor prevents twisting of the webbing during use, and features a built-in fall indicator that activates after a fall event, making post-incident inspection easier and improving safety tracking.
