Ridgegear – RGP1 Finch
The Ridgegear RGP1 Finch is a versatile lanyard designed for secure work positioning and adjustable fall restraint. Its smooth cam action allows for easy adjustment and controlled movement, while the wear sleeve protects against rope abrasion.
When used for work positioning, both connection points should be clipped into the side D-rings of a compatible harness and wrapped around a stable structure. The smooth cam action enables easy, on-the-go adjustment, allowing the user to work hands-free while maintaining control and comfort.
As a restraint lanyard, the RGP1 Finch helps prevent operatives from entering fall-risk zones, offering freedom of movement without compromising safety.
To withstand tough working conditions, the RGP1 Finch is fitted with a protective wear sleeve that shields the rope from abrasion, especially when in contact with rough surfaces. For rear D-ring attachment, an extension strap such as the RGL4 is recommended to maintain accessibility and ease of use.
