C.SCOPE – SGV4 Dual-Frequency Signal Generator with Data-Logging, Visual Display

The C.SCOPE SGV4 Signal Generator is a high-performance, one-watt dual-frequency (33kHz + 131kHz) signal generator designed to work seamlessly with the CXL4 and DXL4 Cable Avoidance Tools. Developed for professionals requiring accurate, data-rich underground utility detection, the SGV4 enhances the ability to locate a wide range of buried services, including smaller-diameter or poorly earthed cables and hard-to-find services like street lighting circuits.

With a simultaneous dual-frequency output, the SGV4 enables a greater number of utilities to be energised and accurately located, even in congested environments. It can apply these signals via direct connection, induction, or using a Signal Clamp, offering excellent flexibility across different job site conditions.

For full operational control, the SGV4 features a four-position power output adjustment, allowing users to tailor the signal strength to the task, ideal for tracing over longer distances or energising deeper and less conductive utilities. The addition of Pulsed and Continuous signal modes gives users the ability to maintain effective tracing in high-interference areas, while the audible signal output confirms when the device is actively operating. A convenient audio mute control is also built-in.
