The Vloc3 Cam sonde locator is a high-precision locating system designed to provide the fastest and most accurate way to locate sondes during underground utility inspections. Featuring an intuitive graphical interface, the device uses directional arrows to guide users directly to the sonde’s location, while a large on-screen icon confirms both position and depth once the locator is centred.
Compatible with most pushrod and crawler camera systems, the Vloc3 Cam supports a range of sonde frequencies, making it a versatile tool for sewer inspection, drain tracing, and pipe locating. The built-in Pushrod Trace mode enables accurate tracing of pushrod paths or pipes when used with an optional transmitter, while passive locating modes (Power and Radio) allow detection of live power lines, CATV, and metallic pipes without a transmitter.
For active utility locating, theVloc3 Cam supports 33kHz and 83kHz frequencies, ideal for identifying smaller diameter conductors and buried services with speed and confidence.
