The 3M Protecta Rebel 15m SRL with Retrieval is a fall protection and emergency rescue device designed to keep workers safe when working in confined spaces like manholes, tanks, silos or other tight, elevated or enclosed areas.

This 2-in-1 system combines fall protection with a built-in retrieval winch, allowing you to raise or lower a worker in an emergency. The 15 m galvanised steel cable extends and retracts as you move, locking quickly if a fall occurs. Its speed-sensing brake system activates instantly, helping to reduce the force of the fall on the user.

What sets this model apart is its built-in retrieval winch. If a worker becomes trapped, unconscious or injured inside a confined space, a teammate can use the winch handle to manually lift or lower them to safety, no need for separate rescue equipment. The handle folds away when not in use, so it won’t get in the way during regular work.

The Rebel 15m SRL with Retrieval is stored in a rugged aluminium casing that’s strong enough for industrial use but still lightweight and easy to carry, with a built-in handle for convenience A stowable retrieval winch handle keeps things compact, and the stackable design makes storage simple. It also includes a snap hook connector, a built-in fall indicator for quick visual inspection, and supports a 140 kg user capacity.
