The Crowcon T4 Personal 4 Gas Monitor is a lightweight, handheld gas detector that packs serious performance into a compact unit weighing less than 10oz. Designed to detect the four most common gas hazards—Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrogen Sulphide (H₂S), Oxygen depletion (O₂), and flammables—the T4 combines ease of use with advanced functionality, making it ideal for everyday use in demanding environments.
Despite its size, the T4 Personal 4 Gas Monitor features an intuitive menu system and impressive data logging capabilities, recording up to 130 hours of data or 3,500 individual events. Powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery, it delivers up to 18 hours of continuous run time on a single charge, with a fast 5.5-hour recharge cycle to keep your team moving.
Safety alerts are delivered through three alarm types: a 95 dB audible alarm, bright red and blue LED visual indicators, and an integrated vibrating alert, ensuring you’re never caught unaware. The unit is drop-tested to 4 metres onto concrete and housed in a rugged, rubberised casing, rated IP65 and IP67 for dust and water ingress protection.
Tested to stringent EMC standards and certified by ATEX, IECEx, and more, the T4 Personal 4 Gas Monitor is built for the harshest environments, operating reliably in temperatures from -20°C to +55°C and up to 95% humidity.
With one-button activation, a bright, easy-to-read display, and simple navigation, the T4 requires minimal training. Its integrated alligator clip and tether loop C allow for easy wearability, and a range of accessories are available for further convenience.
